The almost 11-acre property at 404 Red Bud Trl., which includes several outbuildings and a three-bedroom, two-bath home, is a bargain at a $699,000 asking price. The relatively modest home — shared with musician husband Dan Gilroy — is an open plan with stone flooring and wood accents throughout. The features include a two-car garage, a butler's pantry, and a sunroom. After a long battle with diabetes, Duvall died in July 2024.Buyers interested in the storied property can contact Topper through the Zillow listing. Although many of her personal effects were sold in an estate sale on September 20 and 21, fans can still bid for some of her most valuable memorabilia during an auction at the estate on October 30.
